Restaurant of the Week: APL Restaurant

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce APL as Restaurant of the Week! Located in the historic Taft building, APL Restaurant is a contemporary steakhouse taking inspiration from the classic steakhouses of the 1800s and re-imagining classic dishes for the modern era. But that’s not all–Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:30 – 3 PM, APL transforms into APL BBQ to serve up the food that made Chef Adam Perry Lang one of the most revered pitmasters in the country!
