Section 3: Housing And Livability Assessment
The Hollywood Chamber strives to foster achievements in economic prosperity for all businesses and residents in Hollywood. Housing affordability is an essential determinant of whether a resident can achieve economic growth and stability. Therefore, we believe affordable residential development and the quality of life are interrelated. Since the passage of the City Measure JJJ, development in Hollywood can utilize the density bonus incentives.
1. As it relates to the Transit Oriented Community Affordable Housing Incentive (TOC Program) does your project propose any of the following?*
- Very Low-Income Affordable Units
- Low-Income Affordable Units
- Seniors-Low Income
- Disabled Veterans-Very Low Income
- Homeless-Very Low Income
2. Does the project exceed the guideline standards for On-Site Restricted Affordable Units outlined in the TOC Program area?*
- 5% greater affordable units
- 5 to 10% greater affordable units
- 10% of greater affordable units

Section 5: Environmental Impact Assessment
The Hollywood Chamber recognizes that new development plays a critical role in the natural systems and that we have reached a time where we must encourage a symbiotic relationship with the environment.
Reviewed Criteria:
1. Will the project be oriented and designed to showcase any natural features?*
2. Will the project provide access to the urban or regional transportation network (Short term bicycle parking, on-site rideshare drop-offs, employee showers.)?*
3. Will any heritage or other significant trees be preserved or replanted off-site?*
4. Will the project incorporate any of the following green building techniques beyond current regulatory requirements?*
- Low-impact development (e.g. permeable paving, bio-swales, green roof)
- Sustainable materials/recycled content
- Water efficiency (e.g. drought tolerant landscaping, grey-water reuse)
- Energy efficiency and production (e.g. solar orientation, solar panels)
- Indoor air quality protections (e.g. low VOC paints, daylighting, natural ventilation, tiered planting of trees as buffer)
- Light pollution reduction programs
5. Has the project received other environmental endorsements or certifications (e.g. LEED, Greenbuild) or can demonstrate significant progress toward certification?*

Section 6: Transportation Options Assessment
Traffic and transportation are incredulous challenges in Los Angeles. All residents deserve an option for mobility. Projects should offer transportation choices that encourage a healthy environment by increasing physical activity, minimizing impacts on local neighborhoods, and support the use of our public transportation.
Reviewed Criteria:
1. Bicycle-friendly design: Does the project provide or contribute funding for bike paths, routes, or boulevards?*
2. Bicycle-friendly design: Does the project include at least three bike parking spaces for every 10 units?*
3. Bicycle-friendly design: Does the project provide way-finding signage for cyclists to connect to the larger bike network?*
4. Transit-supportive: Will free or discounted transit passes be provided?*
5. Transit-supportive: Will a Transportation Demand Management program be included?*
6. Progressive parking: Does the project include a parking benefit district to reinvest in the neighborhood?*
7. Progressive parking: Will the parking provided not exceed one space per unit in regional centers, urban centers, and urban neighborhoods; not exceed 1.5 spaces per unit elsewhere?*
8. Progressive parking: Will the project “unbundle” the price of parking from the rent or purchase price?*
9. Progressive parking: Will parking areas utilize any of the following efficiency techniques?*
